Amazingly delicious low calorie salad of zucchini.
2 pinches of salt
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Lemon juice or 1 teaspoon of DōTERRA Lemon Oil (add more according to your taste)
2 cloves of garlic or 1 teaspoon of DōTERRA garlic oil (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
• Wash the zucchini (in Kangen Water to avoid chlorine tap water) and cut them into pieces. Then put them in a pot and cook them with steam for 2-3 minutes to soften.
• After 3 minutes place them in a bowl, add two pinches of salt, put lemon juice or DōTERRA lemon oil and chopped parsley. Add finely chopped garlic and a tablespoon of olive oil, but this is an option.
